War victims commemorated

Every year, the Independence Front commemorates the victims of the Second World War. Founded in 1941 on the initiative of the Communist Party of Belgium, it was the largest resistance organisation. It served as an umbrella organisation that also included resistance fighters from other beliefs and political movements.
