The international press was invited by the Association of Mussel Traders of Yerseke (Netherlands). Lucie and Jimmy from restaurant Terrae (VTM programme "Mijn restauant") prepared, together with some of their Dutch colleagues, delicious mussel dishes. 2010 will be an exceptional mussel year.
